Don't get it wrong, the persecution of NETELLER is as much or more about government control over -- and the transparency of -- people's money, than it is about gambling.

For 'some reason' seeing Iraq, Iran, North Korea and the USA in that list sounds just about right, it seems they all belong together in the new 'Order'

Most those countries are because of problems with banking fraud - if you don't have a stable banking system, neteller can't exist...

I wonder how Hungary and Bulgaria made that list...

those countries are there for 2 reasons

a) user fraud is very common , very likely end up in a chargeback (like Indonesia)

b) political/religious reasons make it very hard to conduct banking transactions (North Korea etc and financial embargoes or simply because Big Brother wants to tell their citizens what they can /cant do ......)

and well, out of those two......I know exactly what description fits the US
